SIXTH SENSE MOTORISTS TO PROFIT FOLLOWING INSURER'S SUCCESS  <back

The team behind the BFG Motor Insurance scheme are enjoying a double celebration as Groupama (the underwriters for the scheme) have now overtaken rivals to become the UK’s leading motor insurer for British Forces Germany.

Keith Frampton, the architect behind the scheme explained “The scheme was launched just over four years ago to give much needed choice to BFG motorists faced with just one or two companies to insure their cars with.”

“We are absolutely delighted that the scheme has now become the ‘forces favourite’ and this view is also reciprocated by Groupama Insurance who this year voted their BFG Claims Service as their number one claims operation.”

This ‘claims operation’ boasts a 24/7 English speaking incident manager and a door to door collection service for all cars needing repair. A courtesy car (also delivered to the door) is made available on all occasions, irrespective of whether the policyholder or the other party is responsible for the damage.

And it’s not just the insurance team that will be celebrating as Keith Frampton added: “the latest claims ratio figures (the method by which insurance companies judge the performance of any scheme and which are used to calculate the premium) have just been released and as a result of the excellent performance in BFG the premiums are to be significantly reduced.

This means that the average premium paid by BFG motorists will now be the lowest for over five years.
